Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused.
  • Be in their original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be free from stains, odors, makeup marks, or signs of wear.
  • Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear without the original hygiene liner
  • Earrings and certain accessories due to hygiene reasons
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

How To Initiate A Return

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Once your request has been approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Rosamirae is not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item received
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

After review, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.


Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in restrictions on future purchases.
